I am one of those people who are willing to give just about anything a try if I think it will benefit me in some way. With poker, I am always trying to get other people's insights, thought process, ideology of how they play the game. Whether its reading books, watching YouTube videos, or sitting down at a poker table, I always look for more information!

Whenever I found out that poker was booming on Instagram, I started following just about anyone who posted a picture of their chip stacks or of them sitting at a poker table. As I was scrolling through some pictures, I came across one with chips in a formation on a roulette table. I did a quick read of the caption and at the end was "#BingBong".  I was hooked immediately! His post are hilarious, informative, and inspirational. Next thing I know, he is starting a podcast....A poker podcast!

The individual I'm speaking of is Jay, or as he is known on Instagram, @jackscracked. This dude just prints money when he walks into a casino. He is well versed in all that is gambling. NL Holdem = winning. The roulette table...... This dude has a system that he has shown mutliple times it works if you practice it as he explains it! He is an entrepreneur, a motivator, and just a dude who likes to have fun and a drink.

Lets move to his podcast. As the picture shows, the name of the podcast is "The ReRaise Life Podcast". You can find it on iTunes or on the ReRaise Website. As of date he has done 5 episodes with 4 more to come. The four podcast he has put out have featured Instragram famous poker players such as, Adnan aka NYPokerKing, Courtney aka Liberalchick, and Brian aka Bripoker. He also talks with Stacy Matuson who was in the imfamous "Grudge Match" with William Kassouf. The other person is WSOP Bracelet winner, Nick Kost aka Kosteyaa. Now if you are a poker player/fan who only knows the top people like Daniel Negreanu or Phil Ivey, you need to expand your sight and your mind!  Jay has conducted amazing interviews with the people listed and all of them have been nothing but pure gold!

In his first episode, Jay starts it off with a bang! His intro gets you so psyched for what is coming up on the podcast. Once the intro is over with, Jay hits the mic and goes to work. He's advertising for his buddies and their products. He makes sure that you, listener knows that he doesn't get any money from this. He is just helping friends out.The part I liked was the fact that you can buy this guy a drink. If you like his show and what he does and you want to thank him, on his website you can buy him a drink! He guarentees that all drinks will be bought and consumed!

"What do you want in life?" Jay changes the script and hits the listeners with this question. He proceeds by saying "There is nothing in life but passion."  I was actually listening to his podcast while I was at work and the volume was up enough to where my coworkers could hear it. I would glance at some of them and I could tell Jay had reached their ears. His positive outlook on life is contiguous.

The guest that have been on his podcast are not boring by any means. They get on there and they tell funny stories and personal stories. There are poker stories, bad beat stories, winning stories,and just every day life stories.

It is crazy Jay has connected with people on Instagram and on his podcast and most of these people he has never met in person. On his podcast, listening to him and his guest you would think they have been drinking buddies since elementary school!

I, as a devoted listener, can't wait for the next 3 podcast but will be sad when they are done. After these 8 podcast are done, Jay has announced that he will be done with it. I think though, if we can get enough support, we can possibly convince him to do another 8.
